As you already know that there is a heavy competition is going on between the search engines. Now the recent statistics in the last month shows that the Microsoft’s Bing has slipped down were the Google inches a head in the Search war. Hitwise, the internet monitoring firm has reported late on Tuesday that Google’s search have come across 71.08% of all U.S. searches, which has been conducted between September and October. It is also added that 1% of market share increase for Google.
However the Google’s competitor Bing has not had a good month though. Bing slipped 5% that is going 9.48% to 8.96% from September to the early market in October. In other place, Yahoo dropped down by 3%, which goes from 16.96% to 16.38%. But the fourth place has been accommodated by Ask.com, which has an 8% increase that rose from 2.37% to 2.56% in share. This is the latest set of figures by the Hitwise which is mentioning about the first slip of Bing in September.
In the Last week, Net Application the web metrics firm reported that Bing share of the global search engine has been slipped down from 3.52% in August to 3.39% in September. In addition, it also said that Google also has been dipping slightly from the month of September to October as 83.33% to 83.13%. Even the statistics are different but the information shared by the Hitwise and Net Applications shows that there is slip down in Bing search results when compare to the Google.
