The tool used to answer many queries by grasping raw data from licensed and public databases. Professor Stephen Wolfram lectured about the working of search engines as people can use it to look the simple information such as Mount Everest height, or crunching the several data together and producing new results. The Wolfram group also said that the new affiliation with Bing would enable Microsoft to access massive amount of algorithms and pieces of data to consolidate it into its search results. Microsoft admit that the fitness and nutritional data in Wolfram Alpha could be expected to used by 90 millions Americans, who want to choose diet for each year. The user can also get a label of nutrition facts at down of the results page that describes all information of the food item in a very friendly and familiar format. The partnership has made successfully from the decision of Wolfram to offer an Application Programming Interface (API) in October. API’s are a set of tools and protocols that allows the third party developers to develop tools and services for a platform. Now it has drastically becomes the common among we firms such as Twitter and Facebook, who utilize this service to enhance their reach further for their own website.
